Elegy of place and the family that once inhabited it. Utilizes Super 8 sequences shot 60 years apart. The film's audio comes from a rock cap fern hooked up to a 4-track cassette recorder and distorted. Some of the images were developed in a creek water and wild onion developer. The developer materials and rock cap fern were foraged on location in Western Pennsylvania.
